Mailed in the wrong voucher. I mailed in Form 1040-ES with pmt. dated 1/15/2020 instead of 4/15/2019. What should I do

Do I need to mail in the correct voucher. 

Will the IRS wait until 1/15/2020 to cash the check that was dated 3/3/2019

I can't believe I did that. 

Any information is appreciated.

The IRS will most likely cash your check.  However, you may wish to follow up with them via phone call or mail to ensure your payment gets credited to the correct quarter.
