B) get the blank forms from the IRS or state websites and fill them in manually
C) skip an extra payment if the 4 payments you already made covers 100% of the 2021 tax liability ... you may owe on the return in April but you should not have a penalty

@Critter-3 Thanks! Was unaware payments could be made online. Will review the numbers to confirm need to submit or not.
Paying online is the best way ... instant notification of payment ... no more wondering when the check will be cashed or if it got there at all or did it get credited to you properly.
