What type of health insurance is Maryland physicians care?

Looking from the outside in...

Maryland Physicians Care is a Managed Care Organizations (MCO) in Maryland.  Doctors, specialists, etc who keep people healthy.

A good amount of their business involves Medicaid billable services.

A person using them would either have Medicaid or another form of insurance that they accept.

I would recommend anyone using them and wanting to know who their insurance provider is to contact them.  It's the easiest way to know for sure, and I'm sure they'd be happy to help.
