So does that mean I will not get an answer? I was kind of hard to explain the problem when you don't include some info.

Then how do I get rid of the Sch D worksheet so I can e file my federal, NC residence and CA non resident?

What happens when you go to Forms and delete it?

I deleted the form, did a review, error came up again but a different reason, continued and successfully e-filed all my taxes.  Thanks for the help.

Just to close out the question, deleting a form or worksheet under Forms mode in the Desktop/CD version will usually clear up a problem with an unwanted form.
