Logging in problems

hi

I am trying to log in and there is one more step to verify the account i have used last year for my tax return. I dont have access to my old phone number so i am filling all the questions you are giving and i keep getting the same error, eventhough i am using the exact same info from the tax file
Please help me with this problem

Logging in problems

If you no longer have access to the phone number used to setup your account, you can update your information using this form.  Your request will be processed during our regular business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST, Monday-Friday). It may take up to 1 business day to be completed.   Once your request is processed, you will then be able to use your new telephone number to access your account.

Logging in problems

I'm having same problem forgot my password old phone number and everytime I try to recover by putting name/DOB/SSN/address it says it didn't work  can't file my taxes if i can't get in
