Living in TX..but working a full year in MO

Since MO has a State Tax and TX does kot, is there anything special I need to do besides inputting info from W-2‽

No. There should be taxes with held for Missouri at the bottom of your W2. You're going to register as a Texas resident and a non-resident of Missouri and then enter all the numbers from the W2. TurboTax will generate a state tax return for you for Missouri. You'll need to go through it to make sure to exclude any income you have that isn't on that W2.
