LIVE TAX ADVICE not working

after 6 attempts and 4.5 hours waiting - I closed Turbotax and quit for the day.

I have been 'clicking' the "connect with an expert" button repeatedly. I get the "will call in 5 minutes" message only to wait another hour. I realize this is a busy time, but perhaps a message that I am still in the cue or other. Does this service have specific unpublished business hours?
