Live in a foreign country and filing state taxes

I lived in France for all of 2019 (330+ days). I do not own a residence in the United States. I am trying to file my taxes through TurboTax and have finished the Federal Tax section. Now it is asking me to select a state. I do not live in a state; as I mentioned in the Federal section, I am foreign/abroad. However, this is not an option for State taxes, nor is skipping this section. What should I do in this situation?

In the My Info section for your personal information where asked to select a resident state, scroll down to the bottom of the list and select Foreign or US Possession.
