I was on the phone with a live expert today and he said that he will send me a message. After about an hour I saw an email notification of the expert's message. I click on the link and I get to the page where it says "Welcome back, we are glad you are here" There is a Get started button, but no message. How do I retrieve the message from the live expert. How can something so simple not work? I use the desktop version and I paid for it. Why is it now asking me to get started and paying for a package again? Even when I go into my account, there is no message center where I could retrieve the message.

This doesn't answer my question. The articles you are referencing to say go here or click there. But in what environment? Should I look in the Desktop interface or when I log into my account on the browser or when I go to the TurboTax community? I check in all these places and couldn't find the message the expert sent me. Please be helpful and don't just provide a link to articles. I can find articles like that on my own. If I put in the effort and post a valid question, the least I expect from an expert like you is to provide an specific answer to my question that actually addresses my question.
