Nevada doesn't have an income tax, so you wouldn't need to list NV for Other state Income on the Personal Info page.

No.
Since Nevada has no state income tax, you do not need to tell TurboTax that you earned money in another state.
You can enter the W-2G in the Federal Section in TurboTax.
Do not enter any state information from the W-2G if Nevada is listed.
Next, do your resident state return if your state has an income tax.
You will pay Federal tax on the gambling income and, if your state has an income tax, you will report the gambling winnings (as well as all your other income) on your resident state return.
Once you enter the W-2G in the Federal Section, the gambling winnings will flow to the state return, you don't need to enter it a second time.
