Line 28 of my 1040A of my 2017 turbo tax computation doesn't match the 2017 IRS tax table!!! it is 47 dollar lower that he IRS. IS THIS WRONG!!!

the 2017 taxable income TAX in this TT 1040A form does not match the IRS TAX in the IRS 1040 instructions tax table, WHY?

Your screenshot tells you the reason.  The tax table is only one of seven ways of computing the tax.  You must have had capital gains or qualified dividends so the as the check mark indicates the tax is computed on the capital gains worksheet and not the tax table.

If you have any capital gains those are taxed at a lower rate.  You have to print your whole return with all the worsheets to see the Capital Gain Worksheet and how the tax is calculated.  It's very common for your Tax to be lower than the tax table.
