I loaded turbotax 17 in December & it transferred my 16 tax information. Why doesn't any of that information show now?

Launch the new 2017 TurboTax and it will begin to look for the 2016 file. It will ask you if you want to import the data. If this does not happen, the best location for the *.tax2016 data file is in the \My Documents\TurboTax folder, which you can find by using the browse button.
