Last year you used 1040-SR form but this year you put me on 1040 form and it won't let me e-mail this. Please change this info 2022 to form 1040-SR.

The only difference between 1040SR and 1040 is the size of the print.

if by email you mean e-File,

e-File does not use those forms.

The form is only for your own records or for filing on paper via US Mail.
