If I did not file my taxes last year what does that mean for this year?

If you did not file a 2020 tax return then when asked to provide a 2020 AGI so that you can e-file your tax return just indicate that you did not file a return.

No.  2020 tax data cannot be entered on a 2021 tax return

To complete and file a 2020 tax return using TurboTax you would need to purchase, download and install on a personal computer one of the 2020 desktop editions from this website - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

A 2020 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.
