Last year i used Home and Business, but you no longer have that. Ca I use the deluxe instead of the Self Emplyed to do the same?

Self Employed is just the new name for Home & Business.  (It is still called Home & Business in the Desktop CD/Download program).

If you needed Home & Business last year or need to fill out schedule C you need the Self Employed version.  Deluxe doesn't have the same forms.
