Last year I had a K-1, this year I do not . how do I remove the k-1 from this return?

turbo tax will not let me file because k-1 information is not finalized with IRS yet

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form

Delete Schedule K-1

If you don't have a K-1 for tax year 2021, please see How do I delete a K-1? 

• Generally,  K-1's are required to be received by March 15 (or the 15th day of the third month after the entity's tax year ends). In fact, it's often one of the last tax documents to be received by the taxpayer.
• K-1's don't have to be sent to recipients until The K-1 is prepared by the entity to distribute to owners/shareholders to outline their portion of the income, loss, and deductions.
