Last 3 years I have had to mail my tax returns for Federal Taxes, Turbo Tax was unable to send it electronically all 3 years. Should I go to a different tax preparer?

That is up to you.  You have not told us why you had to file by mail.  What happened?  Did you have some forms that could not be e-filed?  Or were your e-files rejected?  Were you unable to fix the rejected e-files and re-file?

For more than 10 years I filed with turbo tax electronically, then 3 years ago it was rejected and had to mail my tax form. Same 2 years ago,same last year. Turbo tax said the fed keeps rejecting it but doesn’t have a solution how to file electronically. Last year I paid to have the highest level of turbo tax prepare it at $150.00 and still had to mail the return.
