If you are filing an Indiana state tax return that is a question that comes up for any taxpayer just in case you own property located in Lake County, Indiana.

If you do not own property in Lake County and the question does not apply to you, simply choose No.

If the question does apply to you, choose Yes and enter the information needed for the Lake County residential income tax credit.
