Keeps telling me take my spouse's LTC premiums off because we are filing separately, but its already at 0. It won't let me file now.

Zero and blank fields are not the same thing in computer systems.  Remove the zero and leave the field blank.  

Enter medical expenses in the Find window on the upper right, 

hit Enter and 

click the Jump To below.go back to medical expenses, and go through to that screen and delete it.
