You will need to do a separate federal return to prepare the Rhode Island return. Enter the Rhode Island K-1 information in the federal return and prepare the Rhode Island state return. File the Rhode Island state return but don't file the associated federal return. File your federal return along with your state return for Michigan.
You may find it easier to use the desktop version of TurboTax to do this as you can prepare multiple returns with it for only one price. You can use the Tax Tools option on your left menu bar while you are working on your return online to then bring up Tools, which will have an option to Save your return to your computer so you don't need to start your online return over in the desktop version of TurboTax.
