To have a tax professional assist, you would upgrade to Turbo Tax Live. Here is a link to how to do so, but all you have to do is select "live help" on the Turbo Tax screen. Press the tab furthest to the right  on the top right of your screen to view the price. connect with an expert

I really appreciate the reply to my e-mail.   And the suggestion that was presented to me .  The problem is I have a disability and struggle setting in front of a screen and typing .  I paid for a service to get my taxes done thru turbo in 2020.  Never got my refund .   I believe in meeting people where they are at as we never know the obstacles that they have .  I believe that was covered in the disabilities act in the 90’s as I get older and there is a lot of these people getting older .  What I realize is that companies don’t care and if you can’t bend to what they want out of you then they just won’t help you. I am a solution oriented person and have been all my life.  I have found a solution to my problem and that is to take my business elsewhere suffer the loss of monies take it as a lesson and that there is still places out there that will sit down one on one look at you and Listen to You and help you !
