Just to be clear. On my W2, box 12 is the pre taxed HSA amount. I do not need to enter any information for 1099-SA because its not included in Box 1 dollar amount?

Because I have a 1099-SA do I need to enter any of this information on my taxes?

No, not if you have do not have any distributions. The amount in Box 12 is contributions and TurboTax handles that in the program. Only need to report 1099-SA if there is amount in Box 1.
