Just purchased a second TurboTax Delux from Costco. Neither the first disc, nor this disc will load. I have a Mac running High Sierra version 10.13.2. Any insight?

If it just spins and ejects then either a bad batch of CD's or a flaky CD drive.  (CD's mass produced are sometime at one edge of tolerances and a CD drive can be at the other end so they won't work together.  A CD drive lens cleaner sometimes works.)

CD drive is seldom used and I've not had a problem with other discs.

Call the phone number on the Costco box to get a download.

Let us know if the CD from Costco has a phone number anywhere like on the box or inside on a paper.  A couple years ago there was a number included.  We get lots of questions and would like to know what Costco is providing so we can give the right help.

Yes, a phone number is listed on the paper insert with the disc.
