Just Purchased 2018 business and received email to downlode and will not work either on the email or on my account how do I get it to download?

If you sign onto your download account using the exact same User ID that you used to purchase the software from the TurboTax website and you are unable to download the installation file then you will need to contact TurboTax support for assistance - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts
