Just married in 2020 and my spouse owes back taxes. I was to fill out the injured or innocent spouse form what is left blank?

I did the form and TT said that I can't use the form or that I don't qualify. What did I do wrong?

INJURED spouse is the form you need IF  you have income, withholding or a refundable credit on the joint return.

I did use the form as injured spouse because there will be refund due me (not my spouse) but when I finished the form on turbotax it said that I did not qualify? What did I do wrong?

LOOK at the 8379 form ... did you indicate that you were the injured spouse ?    Did you have any income or withholdings on the return ?  Injured Spouse FAQ
