Just changed my last name last week. When filing my 2017 taxes. Do I use my maiden name because that is on my W2 forms or do I use my new married because that is what my SSC says now.

Use the name on your current Social Security Card. Tax forms are matched by SSN, not necessarily the name and address on your W-2.
