Well---the library is not going to allow patrons to download software to their computers. Sorry. You need to see if you can download it to a PC that belongs to a friend or family member who will allow that. Or ask for a refund and find a different way to prepare your 2022 tax return.
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
