Ive amended my return and need to upgrade to Deluxe to file it. I would like to pay for it with my return but its only giving me the option to pay with a credit card

Paying with your refund is an option that is only available to originally filed tax returns (Form 1040). The option is not available for tax return amendments (1040X).
