Its not letting me put my state income tax, keeps saying I need to fix it

line 19 on W-2 should be state income tax and im putting my wages but its not accepting it

Box 19 on a W-3 is for local income tax withheld, not state wages.  Local income tax would be for a city or other local taxing district. If you are trying to file without your W-2, please don't do that.  You'll receive your W-2 by 1/31 and it's not worth the risk of entering something now that will turn out to be different than what's on your W-2.  Making a wrong entry could end up delaying your refund for  a long time.
