I'm done with Intuit. Can't believe they're again discontinuing It's Deductible -- an excellent and valuable tool for tracking charitable contributions. I'm canceling my subscription to all things Intuit. The customer is clearly not relevant to their business planning.

Valuable to you, perhaps, but that is simply NOT the same as being profitably for the company nor is it the same as being valuable to anywhere near a large percentage of Intuit customers.
I agree with your complaint about the elimination of ItsDeductible. However, to increase pressure on Intuit to reconsider, it would be helpful for you to escalate to the Office of the President. I don't think it does any good to merely post on the community forum. To escalate fill out the online form at https://www.intuit.com/company/contact/office-of-the-president/?cid=executives_intuit_click_us_oop-f... Note: You will have to check "yes" to the question about having previously contacted Customer Support in order to send the complaint, which I think is fine since there is no option in the Customer Support phone number menu to talk to anyone about ItsDeductible.
I have already done this, and I did receive a reply. Apparently the decision is "firm," but as the previous effort to discontinue ItsDeductible in 2022 was reversed due to popular demand, so it's "not over until it's over." At the bare minimum, perhaps we can get Intuit to at least delay the elimination until after the 2025 tax filing deadline.
