Its asking for a 1099B but I dont have one and I cant continue.

1099B are forms your investment firm is responsible for providing to you. They may send it to you via paper mail (depending on how your investment account is setup), but they are always listed within your online account access. So setup online account access to your investment firm and check under the statements or tax documents portion of website. You should be able to download it there.

The other option is that Turbo Tax will automatically import this information if you give Turbo Tax your user name and password to your financial firms online account access.  It is a much better way of getting all those financial transactions input without error.

Did you have an investment account that you got a 1099-B last year.  If you did, it may be looking for another.

Delete a form Online
 

1. From the left rail menu in TurboTax Online, select Tax Tools (You may have to scroll down on the left rail menu.)
2. On the drop-down select Tools
3. On the Pop-Up menu, select Delete a Form 
4. This will show all of the forms in your return 
5. Scroll down to the form you want to delete 
6. Select the Trash Can
7. Click on Delete. 

Always use extreme caution when deleting information from your tax return.  There could be unintended consequences.
