It wont allow me to file. It tells me to FIX MY RETURN, then it asks for the info in BOX 15-1, WHICH IS EMPTY. I HAVE NO STATE INCOME TAX, WHY IS IT ASKING FOR THAT?

It wont allow me to file. It tells me to FIX MY RETURN, then it asks for the info in BOX 15-1, WHICH IS EMPTY. I HAVE NO STATE INCOME TAX, WHY IS IT ASKING FOR THAT?

If you don't have any state tax amounts in 16 or 17, you can clear out all of the state boxes.
