If I moved since last filing taxes, should I import last year's turbo tax file or start a new return from scratch?

It will be much easier if you import last year's turbo tax file. In order to indicate your new address, you should visit the "Personal Info" section. From here, you can indicate your new address and designate that you were a part-year resident of two different states if applicable.
