It tells me I have 2 more steps left and I'm finished but doesn't give me an option to go farther.

There is no rush since the IRS will not accept any tax return until Jan 23 and there is no advantage to have it sit on TurboTax's server until then. If yiu need to change anything you cannot after you send to to TurboTax.

Most people do not even have their W-2's yet and yiu cannot file without ti if you are a W-2 employee.
