Try the steps below:
Go back to your Deductions and Credit section (under Federal ) and under All tax breaks scroll down to retirement saving contribution credit Click Edit or Revisit.
Click "YES" to the question, Did you contribute to a qualified retirement plan in 2017?.... it then will bring up questions that you can click ( answer NO to all if none applied), answer those questions and you will be able to proceed with filing.

Form 8880 reports Retirement Savers Credit and is generated automatically by TurboTax if you have made any contributions to a retirement plan, which is reported on your W-2.
First go to your Deductions and Credits, select Retirement and Investments. From there, choose the Retirement Savings Contribution Credit. In this section you should be sure nothing is calculating this credit.
Next, go ahead and follow the next procedure to delete this form:
1. Go to Tax Tools (on bottom left-hand side of screen)
2. Select Tools (expanded box will appear in the middle of your screen)
3. Choose Delete a Form
4. Find Form 8880 and select to Delete.
5. As a step to be sure the form has been deleted, run through step 4 once more to be sure that the form was deleted as well as any related worksheets.
