It says I got a much larger amount than I actually received on my income tax. How do I fix that

What is "it" that says you got a much larger amount?

“It” is the turbo tax app. When I log in it pulls my information and documents but it says I got paid a different amount than what I really got paid.

For what?  A 2022 Refund?  Federal or state?  Were you having the Turbo Tax fees deducted from your refund?  If the IRS or state reduced your refund they would have mailed you a letter.  How much is missing?  Or did you get more?

From my 2020 refund and then again for my 2022 refund. I didn’t get a letter. I was supposed to receive $1809 from the refund in 2020 but I never got the $1800. Just the $9. And I was supposed to get $316 from the one in 2022. That’s my concern is I never received those full amounts and I never got any stimulus either..

No deductions were held from it. I never got a letter either.

Are you Single?  2020 $1,800 sounds like the 1st & 2nd Stimulus Checks.  The first 2 Stimulus checks were for 2020. The first one was 1200 (2400 married) and 500 for each dependent under 17. The 2nd one was 600 per person and dependent under 17. It came out in Dec 2020 - Feb 2021 but went on your 2020 tax return.

Check your 1040 line 30.  The Recovery Rebate Credit on line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more.   The IRS shows they had already sent it to you and you tried to claim it again.   Double check your bank accounts and check your IRS account (both if married) to see how much the IRS sent you.
