It says I am ready to file. Then it says my employer name has to many characters, for state. It is exactly how it is on my W2. Then it sends me in circles to bypass it, and in the end says not eligible to e-file different forms. I only have one W2.

Keep dropping off letters from the name until the program accepts it.

Really ? I did try that but then it says it has to match so.. seems ridiculous really. I'll try again.
