It say I owe six dollars a federal can they take that out my taxes or do I gotta pay that now?

Taxes owed cannot be paid from a tax refund.

You can pay the federal taxes owed by using this IRS payment website - https://www.irs.gov/payments

If you pay the taxes owed on the IRS website, then in the File section of TurboTax select to pay the taxes owed with a mailed check.  Then e-file your tax return and do not pay by check.

You have to pay your tax liability by April 15 to avoid penalties and interest. There is no way to “take it out of taxes”.
