It's telling me my dependent SSN is wrong and I fixed it but it's still not accepting it.

If you are 100% sure it is correct and matches the SS Card exactly, you will need to print and mail your return if it continues to be rejected. The mailing instructions are on the cover page that you will print.

If you used any child/dependent care credits...you may have to delete the child in that specific area and the re-select the child in there to reenter your child care expenses again.
