If he is age 19 or older you should be able to designate him as disabled so that you can claim him as a dependent under the Qualifying Child rules.

Click on My Info on the left side of the online program screen.  Enter him as your dependent.  On the screen Tell us more about (Name) situation check the box Disabled and Continue
