It's is still processing return and it will be longer than 21 days,is this a sign of a problem

If it's taking longer than 21 days to receive refund is there a problem

Not necessarily.  IRS advises that "most" refunds are issued within 21 days, but they also say that some returns take longer to process than others.  In other words, they make no guarantees.  In addition, they can review a return for any number of reasons (or no reason, randomly).

Although it can be frustrating, you don't need to be worrying about it at this stage.
