I have same problem using desktop version. I tried to delete form and do it again but the error keeps coming back. It is putting a zero in Line 7 and keeps saying it should be blank but it will not let me delete the zero. Will not let me eFile and I already paid for it
Click on forms on top right. Select form 8615 on the left side and delete that form. Then run your check and should be fine
Already done that multiple times. Recreates the form with the same problem.

I ran into the same problem. If you delete the form (Tools -> Delete a Form -> Form 8615) you should be able to file with no issues. Good luck!

I had the same error and deleting the form fixed it; however, I did not have an option for Delete under Tools. In the upper right, there is a Forms button. Once I clicked on that button, it brought up a list of forms and then if you clicked on form 8615, there was another button on the bottom to Delete Form.

I did and they were very helpful. They logged the issue. I was later able to clear the condition by going back, deleting all the information related to parents income etc and totally restarting the 8615 and another related form on parent income. Painful but it worked. Phone support was as helpful as they could be.
That form will not be fully functional until at least 1/25 ... return later to finish.
