A Schedule I isn't a part of the software for WI yet.....WI changed it and had it issued in late January, but the TTX software has to be adjusted to integrate the changes and tested to include it to work properly with everything else..

Maybe it's new this year ( I haven't checked to see what WI had last year).
It has a variety of income additions and subtractions that will be added together to reduce/increase the Federal adjusted gross income to give a different WI adjusted gross income....all before starting any other WI exemptions and deductions that will eventually yield WI taxable income.

February 5th. Paid all the fees to purchase TurboTax and file state and federal taxes.
still not finalized so that I can file in the state of Wisconsin.

It is available for MOST people's tax returns, but there apparently have been some update "issues " for some people using the Desktop software.
Are you using the Desktop/Download software??
Where is the form WI Schedule 1? The Turbo Tax website states that it is updated and ought to work but does not. What is the ETA for this form? thanks.

2/3'rds of the people in thsi forum use the browser-based "Online" software.

I am using the windows version and would like to know what your solution to this problem is please.
Try the following ("A" worked for someone else..but a different Non-WI form):
A)
...Save your tax file and Exit TurboTax....then:
1) right click TurboTax 2019 icon
2) Select … Properties
3) Select the Compatibility tab
4) In the "Settings" box … check the box to "Run this program as an administrator"
5) Apply...OK...then restart the program and try again

B) Still a no go? Try the following:
1) Shut down Turbotax
2) Do a full computer reboot
3) Download and install the following Manual update (Can take 5-10 min to install):
4) After restarting TTX, run the internal update again (the state isn't in the Manual update)

C) Wait another week or two, and see if a later update fixes it.

D) This isn't mine, its' a last resort , but at least TTX knows they have a problem (I wouldn't do the uninstall part though)
Save the file. This should prompt an update. Reopen it. Try to submit again. It worked for me.
