Delete your W-2(s) and re-enter them.  Do not enter any cents into the fields.   Make sure the amount in box 6 is 1.45% or less than the amount in box 5.   You may want to delete the w-2 and re-enter it if the issue persists.

I just had this same issue. what the other person said is correct about the 1.45%. Even if it's just 1.456% it says you must use that form. I just zeroed out the cents in my W2s and it worked. So for example I made 15.92 into 15.00 and 10.03 into 10.00. and the problem was gone.
