no your website/app is not working. on desktop site I keep getting redirected to login. app on both iPhone and iPad is constantly trying to find a secure connection and I can't get through to fill in the rest of my info. there is a problem on your end, and very upsetting it's happening during tax deadline.
none of these problems have anything to do with my personal info/account.
Can you not sign in using this link? Are you using TurboTax Online or desktop to file your taxes? Online requires you to sign in, desktop does not. There are tens or thousands of people using the online software, so it my be an issue with your internet connection if you are having trouble signing in.
