You need a qualified dependent in order to file as Head of Household.

If you qualify as Head of Household, when you enter your marital status (single or married filing separately) into MyInfo, and then enter your qualifying dependent, TurboTax will offer HOH as your filing status.

This is a prompt that comes up automatically after you've enter you're details that you're 1) not married as of 12/31/2025 and 2) have a qualifying dependent (who meets the >50% support test). Select My Info from the left-hand side menu, and revisit all of the questions and prompts. After you've entered your dependent's information, this screen will appear:

Then you can select your Head of Household filing status.
