It is not allowing my to change my federal return from efile to file by mail

My e-file rejected, so I need to file by mail. When I select file by mail, e-file is selected. I click change, but the only option for 2025 return is e-file.

Is there a "save" button? See this article: How do I switch from e-file to file by mail in TurboTax Online? If you continue to have problems, try to take a screenshot and post below.

If it won't let you switch to mail your return, see step 5.    You might need to pay the fees first.
