It is asking me to provide a 14 digit payer ID, but I have provided a 14 digit entry. This appears to be a glitch... does anyone know a fix for this problem?

When I try to file my taxes it tells me that I need to provide the 14 digit Payer ID... but then it takes me to the field where I have already provided a 14 digit Payer ID, then doesn't allow me to edit the existing entry... I am pretty confident this is a glitch... Please help!

Yes, the 14 digit payer ID should be the one assigned to the payer of the tax reporting document.  Please be sure that when you enter the 14 digit payer ID # that you do not begin the # with a blank space nor end it with a blank space.

Also, it would be best to re-enter (or verify) that you have entered the payer name correctly also without any beginning or trailing blanks
