It doesnt give me an option to change my bank account information from last years

I have a new bank account number and it only gives me the option of my old account to pick to have my refund deposited,

If you transferred in information from your 2015 tax return, you may be shown the same bank information that was used last year to have your refund direct deposited. Please follow the steps  below to update the information:
