It didn’t file my wife’s income

Please explain.   If you were preparing a joint return, you were supposed to enter all of your combined income---yours and your spouse's income.  When you file a joint return, each income screen has a spot for each spouse's income.  After you entered your own W-2, you could have clicked Add W-2, and it would have asked if the W-2 was for you or your spouse so that you could enter it under her name.    Likewise if you were entering some other kind of income like a 1099R or SSA1099.   The screens ask by name who the income is for.

So......if you already filed the return and left out income, you will have to wait for the return to be fully processed and then amend to include your wife's income.  Do not try to amend until the original return has been processed.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-change-correct-return-a...

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take five months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
